ADMISSIONS

Applications are accepted throughout the year and processed for students to begin modules the month following acceptance into the program.

Complete the application for admission and submit the $50 processing fee. Once your application has been approved, you will be asked to provide additional documentation prior to your start date.

Completed recommendation forms from your employer and one surgeon must be submitted with your application and resume.
